Preparations for QHHT Session:
- Have a good sleep a night before
- No alcohol and/or recreational drugs at least 12 hours prior to the session
- Eliminate or limit your intake of caffeine the day of your session
- Make a list of questions that you would like to ask your subconscious
- Have a light meal before the session or bring a snack with you as a full QHHT session would take up to 5 hours
- If you meditate, do so the morning or day of your appointment to help clear your mind. If you don’t meditate, then do something that puts you in a calm place like taking a walk or listening to some soothing music
